• Cancelling with less than 9 days left means 25% gets deducted, rest refunded in 7 to 10 working days
• Transfer fee sits at ₹4,750

For IELTS UKVI and Life Skills:

• Transfer requests need to go in at least 14 days before your test
• More than 14 days before gets you 75% back
• Within 14 days but more than 2 days gets 50% back
• Within 2 days gets 25% back, nothing comes back on or after test day

For One Skill Retake:
