One of my favourite outdoor activities is morning walking. It may sound simple, but it is something I have really grown to love in the last few years.

I usually go for a walk in a small park near my house. It is filled with greenery, birds, and a peaceful vibe that helps me start my day fresh. I try to go for a walk at least four to five times a week, mostly early in the morning, around 6 am, when the air feels fresh and the roads are empty.

Sometimes, I walk alone, but often I go with a neighbour who’s also my friend. We talk a bit while walking, but mostly we enjoy the silence. It is kind of relaxing. On Sundays, my cousin also joins me, and those walks become longer and more fun.

The main reason I enjoy this outdoor activity is that it clears my mind. If I’m stressed or feeling low, just a 30-minute walk helps me calm down. Also, it keeps me a little fit since I sit and work on my laptop most of the time. I think this is a habit I want to continue forever because it keeps me healthy both physically and mentally.
