 About Campus and Accommodation

The main campus of the University of Central Florida, which spans 1,415 acres, is located close to one of the best research parks in the United States and about 13 miles east of downtown Orlando. In addition to this, Orlando and the surrounding areas are home to satellite campuses of the University of Central Florida. Some of these include the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, the UCF Downtown campus, and the Academic Health Sciences site in Lake Nona.

On Orlando's main campus, first-year undergraduate students are given preference when it comes to accommodations. All undergraduate and graduate students, however, are eligible to apply for accommodation at the Rosen College Apartments, NorthView, or living-learning communities.

University of Central Florida Admission Process

Applicants seeking admission at the University of Central Florida should be aware of the following guidelines.

• You can apply via the UCF institutional application or the Common App if you are a high school senior (domestic or abroad) or enrolling in college for the first time.
• There is a $30 nonrefundable application fee for submitting each entrance application.

Exam Requirements for University of Central Florida

Available Scholarships for University of Central Florida

The University of Central Florida does not accept applications for federal financial aid from international students with F-1 or F-2 student visas. To find out if they qualify for state-funded financial help, students can submit a Florida Financial help application form. 

The following scholarships are granted to students at UCF. 

• Florida Bright Futures is a state-funded award granted on the basis of high school academic qualifications.
