According to Times Higher Education, the US College Rankings 2022 of Morehouse College is #401-500th. Morehouse College is ranked #100 out of 211 National Liberal Arts Colleges. It is also ranked #5 in Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The University is ranked #20 in Top Performers on Social Mobility as well.

Applicants must submit an application fee of $50 to apply to Morehouse College. The acceptance rate at Morehouse College is 58%, and admission is moderately selective. The entering first-year students' average ACT composite scores range from 20 to 25, while their scores in math and English range from 18 to 26. The entering freshmen's average SAT evidence-based English and Mathematics scores range from 510 to 610 and 500 to 600, respectively.

Morehouse College accepts applications twice a year, in the fall and spring. According to their availability, students may apply for admission to either of the intakes.

Both domestic and international applicants must go through the same admissions process at Morehouse College. However, international students are required to submit English Proficiency Test scores to the University.

For each academic year, the standard COA (Cost of Attendance) at Morehouse College depends on the residential status (on or off campus) and enrollment status of the students.

Except in exceptional cases when they may be contacted personally by the scholarship portal, newly admitted students slated to enroll in fall 2022 will automatically be considered for scholarships based on their current admissions application. Awards will be given to incoming new students who meet the requirements for particular scholarships according to their admission application. 

Both general scholarships, available to all students, and scholarships limited to those enrolled in a particular major or area of study are available through Morehouse. As applications become available, scholarships may be recommended to the students at various points throughout the year. Scholarship dates must be remembered by applicants because late entries will not be approved.
