Cardiff Metropolitan University: History

Cardiff Metropolitan University functions as a public university founded in 1865. The university provides courses in various fields, such as business, finance, arts, fashion, telecommunications, and jurisprudence. The four institutes of this University amalgamated in 1976 to establish the Cardiff Institute of Higher Education. Furthermore, it was given its current name once its association with the University of Wales expired in 2011.
