EPITA Admission Criteria

Students are advised to check the course page on the official website before applying at EPITA University. The entry criteria can have different pointers based on the course applied by the student. However, there are certain criteria which remain constant for each student. Some of them are listed below:

English Proficiency Test

Students whose native language or medium of high school education is not English must demonstrate English proficiency. Below are different proficiency tests that are accepted and their requirements:

• TOEFL - minimum 80 IBT
• TOEIC - minimum 800
• IELTS - minimum 6.0

French Language

There is no requirement for French language proficiency for either of the above-stated courses. Only in the case of a Master of Computer Engineering, if the student wishes to pursue a French specialization in the second and third semesters, they must clear the B1 level in French.

Education Qualification

To apply for the undergraduate degree at EPITA, students must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or they must be in the first year of the bachelor’s program in Computer Science or related fields. In addition, students should have a strong mathematics and general science background. For a master's degree, students should have a degree in a relevant bachelor's program. 

EPITA Admission Process

All students who want to apply to EPITA University France should look at the admission process carefully. It will help students to arrange the documents required for admissions formalities. A student can apply in one of two ways: directly through EPITA or through Parcoursup.

If Applying to EPITA Directly

Students must fill out the application form and upload the below documents at the application portal:

• Resume
• Passport
• Scan copies of high school transcripts
• Scan copies of high school certificates
• Two Letters of Recommendation (LOR)
• English proficiency test results
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Application fee of  €60

For the master’s program, students will have to go through an online interview after submitting the above documents.  

If Applying through Parcoursup

This option is only available for students applying for the bachelor's degree at EPITA France. Parcoursup is the national platform for admissions for only first-year students going for higher education.  

• Students must apply at the official website.
• They must take a mathematics test.
• The next step is to attend an online interview.
• Post-interview, results will be declared for final admissions.
