The 2022 US Rankings of UT Tyler is #501-600, as per THE (Times Higher Education). The University of Texas at Tyler is ranked #361 in the 2024 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities. 

For U.S. citizens and permanent residents, an application fee of $60 is necessary and is not refundable. Applications from outside the United States must pay a $75 non-refundable fee.

Students receiving the National Merit Finalist, National Merit Semi-Finalist, Regents, Patriot, Patriot Achievement, Presidential or Graduate scholarship are not eligible for additional scholarship funding for the summer semesters. Scholarships are awarded in two different categories:
