Praneet Singh serves as the Director for Study Abroad at upGrad. In his current role, Praneet is the Head of Product and the Business Leader for the Undergraduate Division at upGrad. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and a founder of 2 startups in India and the US, Praneet carries 10 years of BD/Ops/Strategy and 5 years of CXO Experience. At 21, Praneet co-founded his first startup, expanded operations in over 15 countries, and served over 150 clients worldwide. To this date, Praneet has mentored and held leadership sessions for over 50,000 young leaders and entrepreneurs.

With over a decade of expertise in international education, Jyotsna is a specialist in UK education, driven by a deep commitment to facilitating seamless academic journeys for students. Her impactful roles at the British Council, Unilodgers, a prominent UK university, and IDP Education have enhanced student experiences and fortified institutional partnerships. Jyotsna holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors from the University of Delhi (Indraprastha College for Women) and an MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Manchester, UK. She provides unparalleled, strategic guidance to those aspiring to pursue their studies in the UK. Jyotsna currently manages the UK University Partnerships at upGrad Abroad.
