You are eligible to enroll in the Contract Law Certificate programs online if you are minimum class 12th passed.

What is the refund policy for this program?

1. Students can claim a refund of the amount paid towards the Contract Law Certificate online program fee at any time before the Contract Law Specialist Certificate Program start date by applying on our website, www.upgrad.com , under the ‘My Application’ page. In such refund cases, the learner shall be eligible to claim the refund subject to a deduction of INR 10,000 towards the processing fee. 2. Students shall not be eligible for any refund once the Contract Law Certificate online program commences. This applies even to students who can not complete their payment and cannot be enrolled in the batch opted for. However, the students can avail of pre-deferral as per the policy defined below. 3. For refund requests raised as per #1 of the Refund Policy, such requests shall be processed for an eligible student within 30 working days from receipt of the duly signed refund form. 4. If there is any discrepancy between the application and self-attested documents, the admission offer is cancelled. In such cases, the learner shall not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
