With decades of experience across global military leadership, corporate consulting, and higher education, he now serves as the Director of the Doctoral Program in Business Administration at Golden Gate University. He is also a former VP of Talent Management at HSBC and faculty at the Naval Postgraduate School. Dr. McGee is passionate about leadership development, public-private partnerships, and preparing professionals for portfolio careers post-DBA.
