To bridge this gap, upGrad Campus in association with PwC India has curated a Financial Modelling and Analysis program that sets a strong industry-ready foundation for learners. This course journeys from basic concepts of financial analysis advancing to core concepts of forecasting, valuation, financial modelling and more. Coupled with industry-based case studies and new-age AI tools, this program serves as a perfect launchpad for students seeking a lucrative career in finance.

This industry-oriented program includes 3 projects conducted by  PwC India professionals along with 5 case studies which will give you hands-on understanding of financial statements, valuation and creating financial models. 

The learning content (excluding Live Sessions) will be available to access for 3 years from the start date of your course. 

Students in their pre-final or final year of college or recently graduated students with 0 to 2 years of experience from any background are eligible to apply for this program. Though not mandatory, having a B.Com, BBA or a finance background will definitely give you an advantage.

Due to the hands-on nature of our course, you will require a laptop in order to attend classes. You will also need certain tools installed to complete the projects, like Excel, PowerBI and more. The installation details will be shared with you once the course starts.

Keeping your workload in mind, the Live classes are scheduled on every Saturday and Sunday for 2.5 hours each.

You will get access to study materials, including lecture videos, every week. You can study from these at your own pace and convenience, although we do recommend spending 2-3 hours every day on self-studying. If you have any doubts, you can attend the weekly 2-hour doubt-clearing session where you can directly ask your queries to Teaching Assistants. 

Apart from this, every weekend, we conduct two live sessions of 2.5 hours each with Subject Matter Experts from PwC India and other industry experts who will explain the concepts in detail. 

At the start of the course, you will be assigned a mentor. The role of your mentor is to help you through your course and assess your progress along the way. Mentors are there to guide you through any queries or issues you may have during the course.

In addition, you will also be guided by Subject Matter Experts who will conduct the Live sessions and by Teaching Assistants who will help resolve your doubts.

We provide an extensive range of resources for you to dip into. You can attend LIVE doubt-clearing sessions scheduled during the week, where you’ll get answers to your queries in a one-on-one manner from Teaching Assistants. Furthermore, you can also connect with other students in the forum and get any peer support you need.

Students can apply for positions like Financial Analyst, Investment Banking Analyst or Associate, Equity Research Analyst, Credit Analyst, Private Equity Analyst, Risk Analyst and more.
