To enhance student employability, IIT Madras has established the Career Pathway Centre (CPC), which integrates the Career Development Cell (CDC), internship office, and Entrepreneurship Cell. Along with structured placement support, CPC conducts targeted workshops for résumé writing, interview preparation, and soft-skills training—ensuring students are well-equipped for the demands of industry.
