IIIT Pune Placement Procedure

The IIIT Pune Placements process starts with the recruiters registering themselves and making job announcements. Then, resume shortlisting will be done, and pre-placement talks will be scheduled and structured interviews. This process is coordinated by the Career Development & Corporate Relation Centre (CDCRC) or Placement Cell of IIIT Pune.  

Key Steps in the Process: 

  1. The recruiters initiate contact with CDCRC through email or phone.  
  1. The companies submit Job Notification Form (JNF) providing details on job profile and other relevant information like eligibility and selection process.  
  1. The eligible final year students submit resumes and register for the placements with the CDCRC.   
  1. The Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) is held to introduce the students to their organization, job roles, etc., which is mandatory for all the students to attend.  
  1. After resume shortlisting, assessments like aptitude test, technical test, group discussion, technical and HR interview takes place.  
  1. According to IIIT Pune policy, the final shortlist announced by the company through Placement Cell and PPOs are treated as Job offer.
