However, incorporating free education for all can risk the quality of learning among students rather than adding value to society. 

Therefore, in my opinion, a balance should be there in our education system. School-level education should be 100% free, but there should be a minimum pay structure for higher education. Moreover, the government should provide scholarship opportunities to all students who are financially unable to pursue higher education.
