Ara Institute of Canterbury- Required Exams 

The accepted English language proficiency exams are IELTS, TOEFL and PTE. The minimum scores required for each of them are mentioned below

Available Scholarships for Ara Institute of Canterbury

Ara Institute of Canterbury offers a wide range of scholarships to international students in order to help them in supporting their studies. These include - Equity Scholarship, Excellence Scholarship, and Leadership Scholarship. Each of these scholarships award a grant of NZ$4,000 to the selected candidates. 

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

• Fulfill the entry requirements for your selected program at the time of starting your study program
• Ensure that the program must be directly offered by Ara (program offered through partnerships and are not eligible)
• Must be an international learner

The scholarship is provided at four campus locations- Christchurch, Timaru, Oamaru, Ashburton
