This team is responsible for creating a talent transformation roadmap to meet business goals and help our clients i.e organisations and enterprises upskill and reskill their workforce.
Providing our learners with an end-to-end online learning experience, this team collaborates with university faculties to create and deliver engaging content and provide our learners with career assistance to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
Day-to-day functions such as administration, human resources, finance, legal and secretarial and information technology help upGrad as the organisation to run smoothly and is a helping hand enabling other teams to elevate the organisational operations and growth.

It's been 3+ years with upGrad and from the day I joined, I've been given the opportunity to nurture my professional career by finding a role here that suits my interests and abilities. The culture at upGrad is so friendly that you would never want to drop out of it. There are hackathons, festivals, fun game nights and a lot more. The technology team has great talent, those who keep abreast of the progress in the field and there’s always a spree of ideas and room for experimentation just waiting for you to take advantage of. In the last two years, I have been an active participant in the strategic projects as well as cultural events and that instilled in me a sense of care for my actions and how they impact the world around me especially in terms of work I do. My efforts have been well received and recognised by the organisation too.

My journey with upGrad started from a brief note that I dropped to Phalgun on LinkedIn, who was quick to respond and connected me with the HR. Interestingly, this was the preview of how my life at upGrad will be. There is a constant hustle and everyone is super-quick and efficient in connecting you with the right people and resources for anything that you need to get done. I joined upGrad when we were close to about 150 employees. 4+ years, 2000 employees, 50+ partnerships and multiple territorial expansions later, I am happy to say that the journey has been phenomenal.
