CCPD at NIT Warangal manages the entire placement process from beginning to end - calendar tracking to recruitment scheduling, keeping processes clear and systematic. CCPD covers everything from company outreach to internship policy and job offer. CCPD strives to provide a fair and efficient placement process for all eligible students.

Steps in the Placement Process:

1. Invitation and Scheduling: Companies invite by placing a request to CCPD, assigning SPOCs to manage activities, and applying for a schedule to hold placement drives.

2. Pre-Placement Talks:  An opportunity for employers to meet candidates, describe their organization and the role, and inform them what to expect in the recruitment process. 

3. Selection Rounds: All students undertake all of the tests, interviews, and activities planned by CCPD.

4. Offers and Internship to FTE Conversions: Students who are offered internships may receive Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) at the end. There are policies regarding eligibility and the transition from internship to FTE.

5. Regulation and Communication: All communication on behalf of students to employers must pass through the CCPD and follow the protocols, ensuring each student receives the same consideration and fairness.
