The IIIT Vadodara Placements process is simple for both recruiters and students. It starts with the visitors registering themselves and making job announcements. Then, resume shortlisting will be done, and pre-placement talks will be scheduled and structured interviews. This process is coordinated well by the T&P

Key Steps in the Process:

1. The eligible final year students submit resume and register for the placements with the T&P Cell.

2. T&P Cell invites companies in the campus recruitment process by sharing the IIIT Vadodara details.

3. After that the companies submit Job Notification Form (JNF) providing details on job profile and other relevant information.

4. The Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) is held to introduce the students to their organization, job roles, etc.

5. The interested students submit the application to the companies for shortlisting process.

6. The recruitment process usually involves, Written test/Online Assessment, Group Discussion, Technical and HR Interview

7. The companies release the final selected candidates and Offer letter through T&P Cell which further handles Post-Placement Coordination.
