'Why do you want to increase your business?', and not “How” is what they ask. “How will this make you happy?’, is what they ask me. Coach Gaurika Jain (ACC-ICF), today you asked me something that was on my mind, but hadn’t been articulated so directly. 'How are you applying your learnings from your MBA in the English Classes you teach?' I like to think of myself as an empathy-entrepreneur, or an intuitive-entrepreneur. Some might call me whimsical. I care little. What I care for is that I am fascinated and empowered. And that I am willing to empower others. To be accessible. 9 months ago when I set out to teach on a whim and at the behest of a friend, I did market research, internal analysis, product design, development, testing, pricing, and the whole cycle. I was cognizant, that I was applying what I had practiced at work, in life. Additionally I was aware that I had learnt and understood the same principles, in simulations during my formal education at upGrad. I am NOT a product leader (Endless people and organizations teach English and communication skills). What I am, is a leader who leads through service, empathy, and commitment.
