Since its establishment in 1991, MICA has been an independent charitable organization focused on developing management leaders, offering PGDM-C, PGDM, CCC, and the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM).
The MICA Placement Cell functions as a fundamental support system that provides career preparation workshops and individual resume enhancement sessions, along with extensive mock interviews conducted by seasoned professionals. The organized pre-placement activities improve confidence while helping students showcase their peak professional image. The Cell maintains an active relationship with alumni and corporate partners to understand upcoming industry requirements.

For PGDM and PGDM-C, MICA accepts CAT, XAT, and GMAT scores. However, candidates must also appear for MICAT, followed by Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI).
