Jayadev Mahalingam

Jayadev is currently Head of the South Indian market for B2B sales and is also owner of the UpGrad LABS Program. He is primarily responsible for positioning UpGrad to corporate clients. Prior to UpGrad, Jayadev was the founder of PiQube, an HR Analytics company where he raised about half a million dollars to build a revenue pipeline of USD 300k in 9 months with a 10 person team. Overall, Jayadev has 13+ years of experience with a good 10+ years in recruitment. Prior to PiQube, Jayadev ran his own recruitment firm called Drone Network for about 6 years.
