IIT Indore’s Training & Placement Cell (TPC) has developed a systematic approach to engaging students with various recruiters at the highest level. All companies interact with the TPC through job announcement forms (JAFs), pre-placement talks, and campus interviews.
By organizing this process, TPC is able to effectively monitor the placements as well as make the recruitment process as seamless as possible and transparent to students.
