University of Calcutta Course Admissions to most Undergraduate programs like B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com., are purely merit-based, based on Higher Secondary (10+2) examination marks. However, only certain courses, such as B.Tech. (WBJEE) and B.Mus. Honours require an admission test conducted by the college authority concerned.
