Master of Engineering in Engineering at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences

Academic Requirements:

• Certificate of university entrance qualification acquired at a German educational institution in German or English, e.g. Abitur certificate, master craftsman's certificate or journeyman's certificate with proof of 3 years of relevant professional experience

or

• Certificate of entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or subject-specific/general higher education entrance qualification from a German educational institution

or

• For professionally qualified applicants without a university entrance qualification (e.g., journeyman or journeywoman), a certificate of completion and a work reference confirming at least three years of relevant professional experience are required. This reference must confirm the period of employment and the field of activity. Proof of this professional experience must be provided after completion of the vocational training. Additionally, proof of a consultation with the Central Student Advisory Service is required.

• Recognized foreign university entrance qualification

The prerequisite for admission to the Master's program is a university degree as a Bachelor's or Diploma with an overall grade of "good" or better from the study program.

or

• a corresponding technically and economically oriented course of study
• an engineering degree
• a degree acquired in Germany or abroad that is equivalent to such a university degree

The following serve as proof of the German language skills required for studying:

• German Language Diploma DSD Level 1 (Level GER A2/B1) or higher
• Goethe Certificate A2 or higher
• TELC certificate A2 or higher
• ÖSD Certificate A2 or higher
• German language test for university admission DSH 1 or higher
• Test of German as a Foreign Language TestDaF TDN 3 or higher
• Successful completion of German courses at a university in Germany totaling at least 4 ECTS credits at level A2 or higher according to the CEFR.
• Certificate of the examination to determine the suitability of foreign applicants for admission to studies at universities in the Federal Republic of Germany (assessment examination)
