Work Visa After MBA in Singapore

If you want to work in Singapore after MBA, you can apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) first. This is a good option for Indian students who complete their MBA from a listed Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) in Singapore.

To get this LTVP, you must still have at least 10 days of valid stay left on your current pass. Once approved, you can stay in Singapore for up to 2 years, depending on why you are applying.

After getting the LTVP, you can search for a job. When you get a job offer, your employer will apply for a Work Permit or Employment Pass for you. That will allow you to work legally in Singapore.

Fees for LTVP

You also need to pay SGD 40 extra once the LTVP is approved. This happens when:

  • Your visit pass is for 3 months or more
  • And every 3 months after that, you’ll need to pay SGD 40 again.
