MBA Career Acceleration Program from O.P. Jindal Global University

The admissions process for the 1 year MBA program is completely online. Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate score from a recognized University to be eligible to apply. The following are the key steps in the application process:

Step 1 - Fill out the MBA application form

Step 2 - Take the 30-minute JMAT Entrance Test
Students who have achieved minimum 50% marks in their graduation don't have to appear for the JMAT exam.

Step 3 - Block your seat and complete the payment
Pay the caution deposit of INR 1000 to block your seat then pay the balance within the required timeline

Step 4 - Complete document verification
Upload required educational documents to confirm your enrollment in the program

Post successful completion of this 1 year MBA programme, you will get an MBA degree certificate and an additional specialisation certificate from O.P.Jindal Global University. Learners who do a general MBA will not be awarded a specialisation certificate.

Yes, the program includes an opportunity to pursue a credit-based Short-Term Study Abroad Program with Partner Universities.

A 1-year MBA is an accelerated program that covers the same core concepts as a 2-year MBA but in a shorter, more intensive format. It’s ideal for professionals who want to fast-track their career advancement.

Yes, you can pursue a Doctorate after completing this MBA. Most doctoral programs require a master’s degree, 4 year bachelors degree, research aptitude. Specific requirements may vary by institution.

You need to pay ₹ 1000 to block your seat.

If you have opted for the Career Acceleration Program (CAP) offered by upGrad at the time of your enrollment for the Program, you will receive a separate offer letter for CAP within 48 hours of making payment towards the caution amount specified in the attached offer letter.  

A brief overview of the refund and deferral policy is given below.

Refund Policy:

- Students must pay the applicable caution money or block amount for the enrollment of the course. This will be adjustable against the total course fee payable by the student.

- There shall be no refund applicable once the programme has started (after batch start date). However, the student can avail pre-deferral to continue in the next batch in case of personal commitments.

- Once the student pays the block amount, "any" refund except for refund due to discrepancy identified between application and self-attested documents including but not limiting to wrong details about your grades or any other incorrect information provided in your application, shall be subject to a deduction of ₹1,000 processing charges.

Deferral Policy:
