What Are the Admission Requirements & Eligibility?

The JEE Advanced exam is the standard admission route for B.Tech courses at NIT Delhi , given that IITs and NITs are governed by the Joint Admission Board (JAB). Students need to qualify in JEE Main to be considered for JEE Advanced, and they must have a valid ranking in JEE Advanced.

Admission Requirements & Eligibility

NIT Delhi serves students who wish to develop specialized technical expertise through research. The programs accept students who have achieved suitable NIMCET/GATE/CAT scores and maintain excellent academic records within their field of study. 

Admission Requirements for an M.Tech.  

1. The program accepts candidates who hold a B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc degrees from a relevant field with a minimum of 60% or CGPA according to their category. 

2. Applicants must possess a valid score on the entrance exams.  

3. The program requires candidates to show documented work experience when applying as part-time students or sponsored candidates. 

4. The program requires applicants to complete a department-level shortlisting process, which leads to an interview assessment. 

Admission Requirements for an MCA

1. Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ST/PwD)
