IIIT Sri City offers three Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs: Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS). Admission is primarily based on a candidate's score in the JEE Main exam. Following the exam, students must participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) or Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) counseling process to be allotted a seat based on their merit and preferences.
The total fees for the four-year B.Tech program are approximately ₹14.51 lakhs. This includes a one-time admission fee, a caution deposit, and an annual alumni fee, in addition to the per-semester tuition and other fees. The institute offers various scholarships and fee waivers to eligible students, including merit-based scholarships and those provided by the central and state governments for students from economically weaker sections, SC/ST, minorities, and students with disabilities.
