The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur (IIITN) is one of 20 IIITs set up through a partnership between the government and the private sector. Recognized as an Institution of National Importance, IIITN began in 2016-17 at a temporary campus and moved to its permanent location in Butibori, Nagpur, in April 2021. The institute is supported by the Ministry of Education, the Government of Maharashtra, and Tata Consultancy Services. IIITN offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and PG Diploma Programs

Courses and Fees

IIITN offers B.Tech. programs in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), The institute now offers three new specializations in the CSE branch: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science & Analytics, and Human Computer Interaction & Gaming Technology. There is also a new specialization in ECE: Internet of Things.  

IIITN has launched a PG Diploma in Information Technology and Communication in partnership with the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. The institute also welcomes research enthusiasts to pursue Ph.D. programs in CSE and ECE.
