    Eligibility - Applicants must be Indian citizens belonging to reserved categories (such as SC, ST, waiver community, transgender, jail inmates, or physically handicapped), enrolled in a degree program at IGNOU University, pursuing academic studies there, and have an annual family income not exceeding ₹3,00,000.
