The placement process at NIT Sikkim takes a simple path for both recruiters and students. It starts with the visitors registering themselves and making job announcements. Then resume shortlisting would be done and pre-placement talks will be scheduled and structured interviews. This process is coordinated well by the T&P Cell and has good facilities.
