2. Company Commitment: Recruiters send information regarding the job description, company profile, and desired campus visit dates. 
3. Pre-placement Talk: Recruiters interact with the students (often via introductory talks). 
4. Assessment: Companies conduct assessments online or on campus, including tests, interviews and group discussions. 
5. Selection and Offer: Companies provide the CGC with the list of selected students. 
6. Announcement of Results: Companies release offers the same day or after a period via the CGC. 
7. Closure: The completion of the procedure is signified by formal offers being sent to students.
