Master of Laws in International Studies in Intellectual Property Law and Data Law at Dresden University of Technology (Technische Universitat Dresden (TUD))

Academic Requirements:

Eligible for admission are applicants who
1. have obtained a first university degree recognized in Germany or a degree from a state or state-recognized university of cooperative education in law or can prove sufficient knowledge of law within the framework of special aptitude upon completion of a non-law university degree,
2. demonstrate relevant professional activity, which usually has lasted for one year,
3. demonstrate proficient command of the English language at the advanced level B2 (B2+) of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and
4. provide proof of special suitability for studying in the postgraduate Master's program International Studies in Intellectual Property Law and Data Law in accordance with the suitability assessment regulations. If necessary, a suitability interview will also be conducted.
