Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT Bhopal) was established in 1960 as Maulana Azad College of Technology. It is a top public technical university in Madhya Pradesh. Named after India’s first Education Minister, MANIT became a National Institute of Technology in 2002 and was recognized as an Institute of National Importance in 2007. The campus covers 650 acres in an urban area. MANIT offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in engineering, architecture, science, and management.
