 Indian Institute of Information Technology Una plans to set up a special center for top areas like Artificial Intelligence, smart devices, online security, robots, tiny electronics, and computer image processing. To encourage research and working together, IIIT Una has signed agreements with IIT Ropar, IIT Mandi, Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU), Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Medical College & Hospital Mandi, and various industries.
