IIIT Kota Placement Procedure

The Training & Placement Cell of IIIT Kota manages a clear and well-organized placement process that can be easily followed. Once a recruiter informs us of their intention to hire students on campus through a Job Notification Form, students can view the job details on a private portal and submit an application.  
 
Then, the TPC organizes and schedules all on-campus recruitment rounds, collects applications/resumes, and rolls out offers to selected students. For recruiting firms with offers extended, the TPC manages acceptance of the offer letters and onboarding. 

The Procedure Highlights: 

  1. Job Notification Form (JNF): Shared with organizations to collect job details including CTC (CTC) and location (Location) and descriptions of the roles.  
  1. Student Applications: enabled through a private link to the registered students after the job details are made public (usually in a public portal).  
  1. Students are shortlisted and the TPC (Student Placement Committee) then provides available recruitment dates and communicates the shortlists based on the resumes provided by the employers.  
  1. Tests and Interviews: conducted on campus in designated areas based on the process followed by the employer.  
  1. Offer Coordination: employers forward final selection lists of students and employers document the offers made to students through INR's platform - TPC to ensure all students accept an offer.
