Did You Know? The permanent campus of IIIT Bhagalpur was dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 20 February 2024, through a special ceremony held via video conferencing. 

Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur (IIIT Bhagalpur), established in 2017, is one of the well-known IIITs established by MHRD, Govt of India. It is a joint venture of the Govt. of India (50%), Bihar (35%), and BELTRON (15%).  

IIIT Bhagalpur provides admissions in various UG, PG, and Doctorate programs with specializations in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, and Engineering, etc. There are more than 1200 students, from different parts of India in B. Tech, M. Tech, and Ph.D programs.
