Latest Update: Uttarakhand Open University has opened its admission for the July-25 Session on 1st July, 2025. The last date to fill the online application form for several Graduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, and Certificate Programmes is 10th August, 2025. 

Situated at Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India, the Uttarakhand Open University provides several Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Certificate, and Ph.D. programs.  The UOU ranks among the top open universities listed by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and offers a diverse range of courses, which enhance distance learning education.

3. Register using your mobile number and email ID.

2. There is a Learner's Helpdesk for various purposes like accessing e-book, online lectures/UOU assignments/notes. 
3. An Online System for grievance redressal to submit and track the complaints that students have raised. 

4. Placement Cell is available at UOU for selective programs to support the students in building their successful careers. 

5. While there are no specific mental health and Wellness Services mentioned on the website, there are advisors from the Department of Psychology who conduct counseling sessions with external support.
