Did you know- NIT Warangal, formerly known as the Regional Engineering College, was the first institute to be established in the chain of 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) across India.

NIT Warangal offers quality education through 13 academic departments. Over 100 advanced laboratories. The campus is spread across 248 acres. Includes hostels, labs, a central library, sports facilities, and residential quarters. The Institute is known for its strong faculty, research output, and excellent placements, and attracts students from across the country and is well connected to Warangal and Hyderabad.

The Centre for Career Planning and Development (CCPD) at NIT Warangal helps students get placed in top companies. Different sectors like software, core engineering, and management come to campus for recruitment.

NIT Warangal has a spacious residential campus with all essential facilities for students and staff. It includes academic buildings, hostels, a library, sports areas, staff quarters, and a 12 km internal road network. The total built-up area covers major zones like the Administrative Block (3,331 sqm), Academic Blocks (34,448 sqm), Hostels (32,642 sqm), and other staff and student facilities. Expansion work is ongoing to add more space and improve infrastructure.
