National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh is spread across 172.6 acres on the Chennai-Kolkata Highway (NH-16) at Tadepalligudem, which was once an air-strip area. The institute has been fully operating from this campus since January 2020. The location is well connected by road, rail, and air, with Rajamahendravaram Airport 50 km away and Vijayawada Airport 110 km away. The institute offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. programs.

The campus is equipped with modern facilities and amenities, providing students with a comfortable environment and good opportunities for their academic and career growth.

The institute was placed in the 251-300 band for its B.Tech programs, according to NIRF in 2022.
