JNU Delhi Placement Procedure

The Placement Cell in JNU Delhi organizes campus recruitment in a specified, systematic way, with transparent procedures to maximize co-operation between recruiters and students. The arrangement of the procedures from the "first contact" stage to the stage of candidate's selection is conducive for students and recruiters. 

Step 

Procedure 

1 

Recruiters email with company details, job nature, and candidate qualifications. 

2 

Recruiters fill out the mandatory Job Notification Form (JNF), registering their recruitment drive. 

3 

Upon receiving the completed JNF, the Placement Cell shares the job details with registered students. 

4 

The Placement Cell informs recruiters of interested students and negotiates recruitment dates based on mutual availability. 

5 

After the selection process, recruiters announce the selected candidates on campus.

Pre-Placement Talks may be conducted on campus with prior permission.
