Admissions to IIT Tirupati are entirely entrance-based. For B.Tech programs, candidates must first qualify for JEE Main and then clear the JEE Advanced exam. Seats are allotted through the JoSAA counselling process. For postgraduate programs, M.Tech admissions are based on GATE scores, while M.Sc. admissions require a valid IIT-JAM score, followed by a centralized counselling process.
