What Are the Admission Requirements and Eligibility for the University of Calcutta Bachelor's Degree?

  • A candidate must score well in the 12th standard, as the admission is merit-based and is done through Single Window Counselling.

Admission Process Overview (UG + PG + PhD)

University of Calcutta course admissions are carried out in online mode through its official portal. Admission for UG is finalized through college-wise merit lists and document verification. Admissions are based on exams such as WBJEE, RET, GATE, UGC/CSIR-NET JRF or the University’s own entrance test. For PG and PhD, students may have to attend the interview for final selection.
