NIT Arunachal Pradesh Placement Procedure

The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Arunachal Pradesh's training & placement cell has been following a well-defined recruitment process to bring together students and industry. Every phase of the recruitment process, including access and documentation, evaluation, and final placement, is fully structured to provide clarity and streamline the entire process.

The organization of these processes enables both recruiters and students to engage effectively - from when the company first makes contact with us, to when the candidate accepts the offer.

Placement Procedure (step by step) as per the official brochure:

1. The Placement Cell sends email invitations along with the placement brochure to potential recruiters.

2. Interested companies complete and submit a Job Notification Form (JNF), providing details such as the scope of work, job roles, and selection criteria & process timelines.

3. The companies can conduct Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), which can be a great opportunity for students to learn more about the company, job roles and expectations.

4. After completion of the JNFs, we send the resumes of students along with complete JNFs to the companies within the deadlines.

5. The on-campus placement process follows, which may consist of an aptitude test, a written test, interviewing and group discussions.

6. Final selections from the company are communicated back to T&P Cell, and a final list of placed candidates is crafted accordingly.
