IIT Bhilai's placement process is well-established and recruiter-friendly, with the Centre for Career Planning & Services (CCPS) managing it. Each company is required to participate through an email and registration portal of some sort. 

After registration, the process consists of profiling, pre-placement talks, assessments and interviews, and final selections. The communication process happens solely through CCPS, which assures an easy and direct experience for both students and recruiters.

Process Steps:

• Company contacts CCPS via email
• Registers on the Placement Portal
• Submits Placement Notification Form (job details, CTC, eligibility)
• Coordinates with CCPS for scheduling a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
• Conducts online/offline tests and interviews
• Shares the selected student list with CCPS
• CCPS is the sole issuer of placement drive results
