The T&P Centre team-faculty members, student coordinators, and staff-is responsible for all recruitment-related operations from outreach to offer, ensuring skilled candidates meet employers' demands. 

The NIT Jalandhar recruitment placement process: 

• Initial Contact: Placement office invites companies/organizations for recruitment. 

• Company Registration: Interested companies register on the placement portal and provide job details. 

• Pre-Placement Talk: Companies conduct sessions to share job roles, expectations, and growth opportunities.
