Indian Institute of Technology Jammu achieved a rank of 62 in the NIRF 2024 Rankings in the category of Engineering, surpassing many institutes. It provides courses in multiple disciplines, ranging from Chemical Engineering to Humanities at the UG and PG levels. The institute also provides doctoral-level degrees at its various departments.
