Reinforcements to curtail the impact of Great Resignation on the Banking Industry in India
It is crucial to research whether the Great Resignation has affected the banking business and what the banks are doing to combat it. Are the Banks’ initiatives sufficient? The Banks have seen increased resignations in FY 22. Employee morale and organizational productivity are both impacted by human capital turnover. The question is, 'How can you retain good performing resources?' The study intends to derive a plan for the Banks that will assist in reducing resignations by fostering a sense of trust and belongingness. However, to have a solid strategy and execution plan, it is crucial to comprehend the demands and expectations of the workforce. The study is broadly around three themes:

Theme 2: Impacts of the Great Resignation, primarily related to Private Sector Banks
