Chandigarh University's Online Degree Programmes are designed and delivered as per the University Grants Regulations, 2020. As per these regulations, institutions with a NAAC rating of 3.26 and above are pre-approved to launch online degree programs. Chandigarh University has a NAAC rating of 3.28.

Deakin University has reviewed the content and pedagogy of Bachelor of Business Administration and will offer students credit for prior learning into 2nd year of the Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Commerce degree on campus.

Conditional offer letters will be issued to you by Deakin University based on documents submitted by upGrad. These documents will be academic transcripts of Class 12, work experience certificate, and KYC documents. Conditional offer letter is an offer letter that will be converted into a confirmed offer once students meet the conditions mentioned in the conditional offer letter. These conditions will be English proficiency conditions, successful completion with 70% marks at Chandigarh University.

To study in Deakin University, you will have to meet University’s English Proficiency Requirements. Initially, we will apply on your behalf for a conditional offer letter to Deakin University where IELTS score will not be required. But for a confirmed offer letter, you will have to meet University’s IELTS requirements which will be specified in your conditional offer letter.

At Deakin University you will have option to pursue following courses

1. Bachelor of Business
2. Bachelor of Commerce

The student should secure a minimum of 70% marks or above in year 1 of Chandigarh University for transfer to Deakin University.

Once you enrol in the Bachelor's Program with upGrad and provide all the required documents, upGrad will submit applications to Deakin University on your behalf. University will release a conditional offer letter within one month of application submission.   

Deakin University has two intakes each year: Semester 1, which starts late February/early March and Semester 2, which starts late July/early August.

The students need to meet academic integrity requirements for a progression into 2nd year Deakin’s program. In case, students don’t meet the requirement to the pathway, he/she can continue the Bachelor's degree program with Chandigarh University and acquire the online degree.

Students are eligible to apply for an Australian Post-Study Work visa upon completion of 2 full-time years of study.

As you will be studying in the Chandigarh University program, you will be able to successfully complete the course through Chandigarh University in case you are not able to secure Australian Visa or alternatively you can continue with Deakin’s Cloud Campus.

 Initially, you need to deposit INR 25,000 as a block amount for seat booking. 15 days before the start of course and once you have Class 12 marksheet available, you need to make a complete payment of the remaining amount. You can opt for no-cost EMI with our partner institutions if you want to pay in instalments. 

 Total fees have two components - 1. University fees and 2. articulation fees. Articulation fees need to be paid together at once. You can avail of a 0% EMI option with a monthly instalment and a down payment of ₹25000 to block your seat. If you are availing of 0% credit card EMI, upGrad will not charge any processing fees or down payment for these transactions. Your bank may levy GST or other taxes on the interest component of the EMI. University fees can be paid in 2 semesters.
