    Yes, students in the final semester of their graduation are eligible to apply if the average of their previous semester score is a minimum of 50%. You should be able to dedicate 15-20 hours per week to this program. 

    What are the steps to apply?

    It is as simple as:

    Step 1: Fill out the Application Form

    Apply by filling out a simple application form.

    Step 2:  Submit Video SOP  
    Submit a small video of 60-90 seconds talking about your motivation for joining the program.

    Step 3: Get Shortlisted

    Candidates will be shortlisted based on the application submitted.

    Step 4: Pay & Start Learning

    An offer letter will be rolled out to the select few candidates. Secure your seat by paying the admission fee.

    What are the eligibility criteria for the job-linked policy?

    The learner must have:

    1. Work experience between 0-3 years of experience before joining the program
    2. A graduation degree from an accredited institution in India with a minimum of 50% marks
    3. Valid mark sheets and certificates to validate the degree
    4. A valid identity proof (PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Driving License)
    5. A legal work permit to work in India
    6. Be able to pass any background check from previous employers/ institutes. In case you fail to pass the background check associated with the job offer, you will not be eligible for the Program fee refund.
    7. Learner must a minimum of 75% attendance with your video on/camera on across all sessions (approximately 12 hours/week). You would need to have a minimum of 65% attendance in each category of sessions i.e. hard skills,soft skills and career prep.

    9. (hard skills, soft skills, and communication skills)
    10. Learners must complete all 5 live projects as per stipulated timelines
    11. Learners must attend all career and mentorship calls offered during the program
    12. Learners must complete Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Certificate during the course of the program

    What are the criteria for receiving just the completion certificate?

    Learner’s are eligible for a completion certificate if they:

    • Achieve a minimum of 40% attendance across all sessions (5 per week)
    • Score a minimum of 40% score in the final (industry-relevant)  examination (hard and soft skills)


    How much do I need to pay for this course?

    The total fees for the course starts from ₹99,000 (Incl. Taxes). You can avail a no cost EMI option with a monthly installment and a down payment of ₹15000 to block your seat.

    What is the 0% EMI offer?

    With the 0% EMI offer, you can pay for the course in installments, with zero interest. We have a finance partner to offer you an EMI. Once you fill out the application form for the course, the admissions counselor will get in touch with you and help you with the course details. The counselor will also guide you with the EMI options available.


    Please Note: Finance partner will charge a one time processing fees, which needs to be paid by the learner once EMI is sanctioned by Finance partner

    How much do I pay to block my seat after I get shortlisted for the program?

    You will need to pay ₹15000 to block your seat once you are shortlisted for the programme. Note: This block amount will be forfeited if you fudge the document verification process, so make sure you submit the correct documents.

    1. Which banks allow using 0% Credit card EMI or Credit card EMI?
    No cost EMI is available on credit cards from all major banks (American Express, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, RBL Bank, Standard Chartered, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, State Bank of India, CITIBANK and HSBC).

    2. Is there any minimum transaction limit ?
    Yes. 50000 is the minimum.

    3. Standard Chartered Bank offers 18 or 24 months No Cost EMI ?
    No. ONLY 12 months is available irrespective of the Program enrolled.

    4. Will I have to pay any extra amount for EMI transaction?
    If you are availing 0% credit card EMI, upGrad will not charge any processing fees or down payment for these transactions. Your bank may levy GST or other taxes on the interest component of the EMI.

    5. Are there any fees or down payment?
    Certain banks charge nominal processing fees between INR 99 - 500 on 0% Credit Card EMI transaction. If charged, will be billed in the first repayment installment.

    6. Can I use my International credit card for 0% credit EMI or Credit Card EMI?
    Only the Indian bank credit cards can be used. But you can pay the amount using the Credit card option in one shot / part payments, and later you can convert into EMI from your respective bank. The tenures and interest charged will depend on your bank. upGrad will not charge any processing fees or down payment for these transactions, this will be purely between you and your bank.

    7. Are there any charges in case I opt for cancellation/refund from the course after paying balance with no cost EMI ?
    Yes, there will be additional charges to the extent of interest paid by the upGrad to the bank, you will be refunded only Principal amount, i.e. the amount actually deducted/blocked from your card. This deduction will be in addition to the amount mentioned in the refund policy shared with your offer letter.

    8. Can I Pay Using Multiple Credit Cards ?
    Multiple cards can be used to complete the payments using Part payment option make sure to inform the learner, minimum transaction is INR 50000 to opt for 0% CC EMI E.g. Amount to be paid: 150000. I can pay using 2 Credit cards. Yes, Example :
    HDFC Card – Part payment – INR 100000
    ICICI Card – Part payment – INR 50000

    9. How can I opt for Credit card EMI if my bank is not listed in the 0% Credit card EMI or Credit card EMI?
    You can pay the amount using the Credit card option in one shot / part payments, and later you can convert into EMI from your respective bank. The tenures and interest charged will depend on your bank. upGrad will not charge any processing fees or down payment for these transactions.

    10. Why is the entire amount blocked on my credit card?
    Initially your bank will block the entire amount from your available purchase limit and from your next billing cycle, you will be charged the EMI amount. As you start paying your EMI, your credit limit will be released accordingly. For example, if you have made a payment of ₹100000 on 6-months EMI and your credit limit is ₹200,000 then initially your bank will block your credit limit by ₹100000. After payment of your first month EMI of Rs.15000, the blocked amount will come down to ₹85000.

    11. Why is interest getting charged on No Cost EMI?
    Your bank will charge you interest. However, this interest charge has been provided to you as an upfront discount at the time of your payment, effectively giving you the benefit of a No cost EMI. The total amount paid during the entire EMI tenure to the bank will be equal to the amount to be paid to upGrad.

    Eg. Amount payable to upGrad: INR 405000
    Let's say Amount deducted at the time of transaction: INR 379850 (Principal amount) Bank charges interest of 12-15% per annum on INR 379850
    [Note: Interest factor is reducing rate and not Flat rate]
    EMI AMOUNT = INR 33750 x 12 = INR 405000
    Effectively, you have taken loan on 379,850 instead of 405,000

    Terms and conditions of Job-linked Bootcamp

    What does a job opportunity refer to?

    All learners enrolled in this Bootcamp will be assured of a job opportunity with a minimum CTC of 4 LPA in relevant digital marketing roles, no later than 150 days from the date of program completion*, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.
    ** Date of Program completion is the day of the last session of the Program.

    1. A “job opportunity” is defined as a qualified work opportunity in any company. The opportunity includes but is not limited to the following:

    1. A full-time position or
    2. Internal transition in your organization from non-digital marketing to a role in digital marketing or
    3. Contractual roles for a tenure of 6 months or above or
    4. A paid internship of a minimum of INR 15,000 per month to evaluate the candidate for a full-time salaried role

    Note that the above-mentioned are all either/or conditions and meeting even one of them will mean that upGrad’s obligations stand fulfilled.

    What do the relevant roles stand for the jobs available in the program?

    "Relevant roles" are defined as any roles utilizing any or all of the tools or technologies learned during the Bootcamp.

    The roles can be based anywhere in India. The learner must be ready to apply for jobs and relocate to any of the locations in India.

    What are the guidelines to sustain the validity of the assurance policies?

    Note that as part of the Job-linked Bootcamp, learners will also be expected to put in their best efforts and follow the guidelines mentioned below to sustain their validity to the assurance policies, including but not limited to:


    1. Job applications will be opened up on an internal job portal and the candidates must apply for the "Relevant Openings".
    2. For the placement opportunities offered by upGrad, companies will shortlist the candidates and upGrad will help with scheduling interviews. Interviews will be arranged for jobs anywhere in India / online and the candidate has to be available at the respective location for these interviews at their own cost and expense. upGrad shall not be responsible to reimburse any such expense including food, travel, accommodation etc.
    3. The learner is expected to be on their best behavior in every interaction with any company representative that they are getting in touch with. The candidate is expected to represent the best interest of the program in every interaction.
    4. Once the candidate receives an offer from a company, regardless of whether you accept/reject any job offer, the job opportunity will be considered as fulfilled.
    5. The candidate is expected to accept/reject any job offer within 72 hours of receiving an offer from a company. The candidate should mark their upGrad buddy and the career coach under BCC in response to the company.
    6. In case the candidate chooses not to join the organization after selection at a later point, the candidate is expected to keep the upGrad student mentor informed.
    7. The candidate must inform the upGrad Buddy if they take up a job offer outside of the purview of the career services of the program. In such cases, upGrad’s obligation as a part of placement assurance shall cease to exist.
    8. If the candidate has opted for more than 1 deferral, the Job-linked feature will cease to exist.

    In what circumstances, will the learners NOT be eligible for any refund or a job?

    Without limiting the foregoing, learners will not be eligible for any refund and job assurance* (*T&C apply) shall be deemed fulfilled, under any of the following circumstances:

    1. In case the learner does not apply to at least 10 "Relevant Openings" on upGrad Career Center every month starting from ‘Month 5’ into the program, they will be debarred from the Job-linked Bootcamp.
    2. If a candidate displays unprofessional behavior towards the hiring partners. These include, but are not limited to,
      1. not participating as expected by the employer in the interview process,
      2. not providing appropriate responses to employer communications,
      3. not showing up on time for interviews,
      4. not adhering to any timelines provided by the employer,
      5. not submitting assignments, and
      6. not providing documents or follow-up as expected by employers.
    3. If upGrad receives a written dissent from a company representative for unprofessional behaviour about a candidate
    4. If a candidate turns down a job offer for a qualifying position
    5. If the learner is found mentally unfit to perform the role in a qualifying job.
    6. If a candidate accepts any role after enrolling into the Bootcamp whether through their own job search or via upGrad, irrespective of the field/industry
    7. If any information submitted by the candidate, either in the resume or in the Career Services Surveys is found to be untrue.
    8. If a candidate does not match the eligibility criteria mentioned earlier.
    9. In case of background verifications come out with unsatisfactory results.

    When is the learner eligible for a refund?

    If a learner meets all the terms and conditions as specified above and is not placed with a minimum CTC of Rs 4 LPA within 5 months of the completion of the online training, the learner will get a paid internship with a minimum stipend of Rs 15,000/month for up to 6 months.

    In case a learner doesn’t get a job even after the end of a paid internship, upGrad will refund 100% of the program fee. 

    Failure by the learner to comply with any of the guidelines or terms mentioned in this document will release upGrad from its placement opportunity* (*T&C apply) obligations and the learner waives the right to receive a refund or avail of this scheme. The decision of upGrad shall be final with respect to the determination of compliance or breach  (including sufficiency) by the learner of any of the terms mentioned in this document. 

    Please Note: For the refund, requests should be submitted within 30 days from the last date of assurance policy validity. In the case of an extended internship,  requests should be submitted within 30 days from the last day of the internship.
